The washing is an extremely important stage in the production process of mechanical components. At the general level, in fact, parts such as sprockets, gears, worms and once in operation are subjected to continuous movements which, in the long run, inevitably lead to 'wear of the workpiece. However there are some precautions that, if met, bring considerable ge dryer advantages in this regard. Washing act to clean and de-oiling ge dryer components carefully is one of these. ge dryer
The washing processes, ge dryer however, are not all equal and if inappropriate, could even become harmful. I refer, for example, the use of hazardous solvents or the use of aggressive methods which in some cases can even cause deformations ge dryer on the edges.
For several years in microgears we use the car wash model KP50 pieces produced by Padua IPF that is leading us good results. It is a closed circuit machine that uses ultrasound technology, employs alcohol modified and uses the vacuum treatment. This type of procedure, in particular, brings significant results not only because it ensures the tightness of the system, but also and especially because it allows to completely eliminate the residues on the parts, reduces cycle times and thus increases the production capacity. Alcohol is automatically when distillate is saturated with oil, so as to totally separate (and recover) the oil that can be reused. So in addition to allow for cleaning, degreasing and very good drying of the components (including those characterized by highly complex geometries), the vacuum treatment also allows to reduce the average consumption of solvent, which is able to maintain long own characteristics because it is thermally stressed. The technology used by the KP50 therefore allows to consume very few liters of solvent per year, as well as to reset the typical costs of disposal of these products.
